We offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Special conditions for Discounts / Coupons / Offer :-

1. You can redeem a Coupon only once or as per the usage limit specified here. For more such goodies, keep shopping!
2. You can use only one voucher per order. Go on to place more orders and use them all.
3. You can redeem your vouchers on all products but only applicable purchase above specified amount limit.
4. Coupons can use with your Cart.
5. Free gifts or Discount items will not return or exchange.
6. We know you love your deals to get better, but no clubbing with any other offer.

1. General
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of Product(s) made by the Seller, hereafter referred as Fragrantiz Direct, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.

2. Price
1. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of VAT (IF APPLICABLE) (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.
2. All total / final prices are inclusive of postage and packing, unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment
Payments must be made in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified, and by one of the following payment methods

– Major credit cards as listed: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, American Express, Maestro and Visa Electron
– Payable to Fajr Technologeis & PayUmoney Pvt LTD.
– Postal orders made payable to Fajr Technologeis & PayUmoney Pvt LTD.

Your card is charged when your package is shipped

4. Passing of property
Fragrantiz Direct shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and has been received

5. Passing of risk
The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined in clause 6.3 below.

6. Privacy Policy
Any information passed through to Fragrantiz is via a secure connection on the internet using Secure Socket Layer technology at 128bit encryption (where browsers will allow). If a customer wishes for their information to be removed from our database, this should be requested in writing at our registered office (please see below) or to sales@fragrantiz.com.

Please note, credit card details are not retained. The only information stored is a customer’s transaction history, name, address & e-mail address. These may be used for marketing purposes by Perfumes Direct or any associated companies. Customers will not be sent ‘spam’ e-mail. Should any customer not want their details used for marketing purposes, please tick the relevant box at the checkout or request to be removed at sales@fragrantiz.com.

7. Refund(s) and Return(s)
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Our packaging and logistics department ensure that the product(s) are carefully packaged. We assure our customers that our Product(s) cannot be damaged during transportation. We therefore will not make any refunds for claims which state that the Product(s) were broken in transportation.

Refund is only applicable if we cannot supply ordered item. (Refund time 5-7 days)

8. Your Rights to Cancel this Order
If this order has been made between us by telephone or correspondence (including e-mail) without any face to face contact having occurred between us, then you will have a 24 hours time period from the time to order is placed in which to cancel this order. But customer has to pay shipping charge both ways. This right does not apply at any time after the product(s) is dispatched.

9. Responsibility for and Ownership of Goods
You will be liable for any loss or damage to the goods from the time of delivery unless such loss or damage is caused by our negligence.

10. Re-sale of Goods
Goods are sold on the condition that they are not re-sold to the public.

11. Our Responsibilities
We will meet our responsibilities under this order within a reasonable time unless it is impossible for us to do this because of circumstances outside of our reasonable control. In particular we will not be responsible for delays caused by our suppliers.

12. Order Personal to You (Your limited right to transfer the order)
This order is personal to you. Nobody other than you will be able to benefit from this order. You may not transfer your rights or the benefit of any of the provisions of this order to any other person without our prior written permission.
